TIME...

It is obvious that you need the time to achieve your goal.  You need to set aside time on a regular basis that will allow you total concentration.  So when?  Well it is harder that just saying, you will alot an hour here or there.  Inorder to truly keep your commitment, you must make the time in a schedule format.  Sure you are busy and how will you accomplish that with all the other things on your plate?  Well if you don't do it, then you might as well put the dream of being more fit with the excercise bike, the treadmill and all the other things that you never find time to do.

So are you really commited?  Are you really going to do this?  Well sit down with a day planner and set the times.  I have found it best to set the same time on the days I workout.  This makes it a job, I actually feel guilty if I am a few minutes late to the gym on my workout days.  My wife says what does it matter?  It matters a lot.  If you don't have this schedule to keep, you won't do it.  You will find many other things you either need or want to do instead.  I promise you if you make a schedule and keep it, you will definitely be amazed at how well it works.

Take some tome NOW and figureout a schedule allowing you a one hour block for three days a week.  Make sure to give yourself at least one day in between workouts.  Make a four week schedule to start.  When you have accomplished this then you are ready to move on to the next commandment.
